私共は、お客様の個人情報の重要性を認識し、業務において個人情報を取り扱う場合には、個人情報に関する法令に遵守致します。そして個人情報の適正な取扱いと、安全且つ確実な管理・運営に万全を尽くして参ります。

お客様の個人情報は、適正な手段、方法によって行うとともに、その個人情報の利用目的を公表・通知・明示等を行い、その利用目的の範囲内で利用し、ご本人の同意なく、利用目的の範囲を超えた個人情報のお取扱いは致しません。

お客様の個人情報はお客様より同意を得た場合、及び法令の規定に基づき、司法機関、行政機関から法的義務を伴う要請（書式による令状）を受けた場合、上記利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、書面・郵便物・電話・インターネット・電子メール等で以下により第三者に提供されることがあります。

個人情報の安全対策

お客様の個人情報を破壊、紛失、社外への不正な持ち出し、流失、改竄、不正アクセスから保護する為の対策を実施します。また、お客様が利用目的を達成され、継続して個人情報を保管する必要がなくなった場合は速やかに当該個人情報を消去致します。

We will implement measures to protect your personal information from destruction, loss, unauthorized removal outside the company, leakage, falsification, and unauthorized access. 個人情報に関するお問い合わせについて

管理する個人情報について、お客様より「開示」、「修正・更新・削除」、「個人情報の利用に関する同意の一部若しくは全部の解除撤回」の要請を受けた場合は本人であることを確認した上で速やかに一番合理的な方法で必要な処置を対応致します。※電話での個人情報の「開示」、「修正・更新・削除」はお受け致しておりません、お問い合せフォームよりお願いします。

If we receive a request from a customer to 「disclose」, 「revise, update, delete」 or 「cancel or withdraw consent for the use of personal information in whole or in part」 regarding the personal information we manage, we will confirm the identity of the customer.
